For engineers and designers
One place to start your work. Less time spent on documents and process, and more time on design, verification and validation.

Methodology for chip and SoC teams
Spec drift and process noise cost chip programs time, budget and re-spins. Xeffective Systems is building the methodology layer that takes process and documentation off engineers, from the first market document to delivery.
Become a design partner The problem we solve
Our goal: zero bug escapes to silicon caused by ambiguous specs, manual hand-offs or process gaps.
The problem
Marketing, architecture, design, verification and validation each describe the same product in their own documents and terms. Nothing ties them together unambiguously.
As a project moves from market requirements to architecture, design, verification, bring-up and production, what gets built slowly moves away from what was specified.
Engineers hunt for the right version of the right document, and every stage adds its own intermediate documents to the pile.
What we're building
We're building an AI-agent-assisted methodology platform. It keeps every stage of a project working from one source of truth, and it adapts to each customer's own methodology instead of forcing a new one. Our first focus is chip and SoC development.
One place to start your work. Less time spent on documents and process, and more time on design, verification and validation.

Founder
Founder, Xeffective Systems
Wlamir Mello is a computer engineer and chip designer with more than 25 years across semiconductors, medical devices, industrial automation and nuclear research. Hands-on work spans high-speed analog and mixed-signal design, embedded software, FPGA prototyping and SoC verification and validation, alongside leadership roles as R&D manager, engineering director and senior technical architect. The common thread is methodology: analyzing how engineering work flows, then building processes that let teams focus on engineering.
Design partners
We're talking with chip and SoC design teams about how specs flow through their projects. If that's a pain you know, let's compare notes.
